Shrewsbury Man Charged After Cocaine Trafficking Investigation
Police raided the man's home in a neighborhood off Oak Avenue in January, leading to further searches.
SHREWSBURY, MA — A Shrewsbury man is facing multiple drug charges following an investigation into drug trafficking in the area.
Police initially served a search warrant on the 56-year-old's 23 Howe Ave. home on Jan. 27, which yielded about 264 grams of cocaine, drug paraphernalia and just under $3,000 in cash.
Police also searched a safe deposit box at the Route 9 TD Bank on Jan. 31, and a unit at the Route 9 Cube Smart on Feb. 5. Those searches yielded over $9,000 in cash and the recovery of stolen jewelry.

Shrewsbury police arrested the man on charges of trafficking cocaine in an amount higher than 200 grabs, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of a class B substance.
