Shrewsbury Native Signs NCAA National Letter of Intent

Joseph Sacco, of Shrewsbury, Class of 2017, will attend the University of Rhode Island and will be playing baseball.

From Worcester Academy: In November, eight Worcester Academy seniors signed a National Letter of Intent to attend a college or university with an NCAA athletic program. The seniors were offered enrollment at colleges and universities based upon their abilities and performances in sports as well as academic success.

Joseph Sacco, of Shrewsbury, Class of 2017, will attend the University of Rhode Island and will be playing baseball.

Like many Worcester Academy students, Joseph has excelled both on and off the field while also embracing the Academy's core values: honor, respect, community, personal growth, and challenge. Joseph has built camaraderie, developed strategies for competition, and learned valuable lessons about achieving goals through Worcester Academy's athletic program.
