Wellness After Dark For Many Different Ways to Help You Heal Every Thursday Night At The Pachaug Center, Auburn, MA More Than Breathwork. An Experience for Your Mind, Body &amp; Soul. Imagine putting on a pair of headphones, closing your eyes, leaving the outside world behind and giving yourself permission to simply breathe. 9D Breathwork is an immersive breathwork experience that combines intentional breathing techniques with a carefully designed soundscape delivered through headphones. Depending on the journey, the experience may incorporate guided coaching, visualization, hypnotic-style suggestions, binaural audio and other sound-based techniques designed to create a deeply immersive environment for self-exploration and reflection. But you don't need to understand all of the technology to experience it. You simply need to show up and breathe. Each journey is different. Some are designed around themes such as letting go, stress and anxiety, self-worth, reconnecting with yourself, emotional release or deep relaxation. And every person's experience is uniquely their own. You may feel emotional. You may feel peaceful. You may gain a new perspective. You may laugh, cry, reflect—or simply enjoy giving yourself permission to disconnect from everything else for a little while. There is no "right" way to experience a journey. At Take a Breath, my role is to create a welcoming and supportive environment, guide you through the experience, and give you the space to discover what your own journey has to offer. You Don't Have to Be "Good" at Breathwork. You don't need experience. You don't need to know how to meditate. You don't need to be flexible, spiritual or have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to take the first breath. Come as you are. Put on the headphones. Close your eyes. And Take a Breath. Elsie Kaye Gift Shop &amp; Artisan Studio In 2009, on a whim, Holly Kenny took a flameworking class and learned to make glass beads. This sparked a love of glass art and led to the launch her business, Elsie Kaye Gift Shop and Art Studio in downtown Westborough. Holly currently teaches flameworking and metalworking at her studio and is on the faculty at the New England Craft Program in Williamsburg, MA. Holly loves the fluidity and movement of glass and enjoys incorporating metals, enamels and other elements that can change the texture and appearance of the glass. As a result, much of her work takes on an abstract, organic feel. Her work, under the name Elsie Kaye Glassworks, can be found at more than 50 boutiques and galleries across the country. Holly is passionate about promoting emerging local artists by selling their work at her retail shop, as well as helping to foster connections with new and existing businesses in the local area. She is an active member of her community, where she has lived with her husband and two children since 2006.

The Sept. 1 primary includes a Democratic U.S. Senate contest between incumbent Sen. Edward J. Markey and U.S. Rep. Seth Moulton, along with a Republican governor's race between Michael Roger Minogue and Brian Shortsleeve, according to the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.sec.state.ma.us/divisions/elections/research-and-statistics/dem-state-primary-candidates2026.htm" rel="noopener nofollow">Secretary of the Commonwealth</a>. Shrewsbury's state legislative races are not contested in either primary. Democratic state Sen. Robyn Kennedy is seeking another term in the First Worcester District, while Republican state <a href="https://patch.com/massachusetts/shrewsbury/shrewsbury-rep-hannah-kane-named-primary-care-conference-committee" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Rep.
