State Police: Rollovers on I-290 Causing Problems

Massachusetts State Police are reporting major traffic problems on I-290 in Shrewsbury at this hour, according to reports on social media.

At around 10:30 p.m., state troopers reported a double rollover near Exit 23 on the westbound side of the highway with an injury where the subject “regained pulse” and was transported in serious condition. Prior to the double rollover, there was a single vehicle rollover at just before 10 p.m.

The crashes have caused backups of about 30 minutes more than usual, according to reports.
