Town Of Shrewsbury: Important Message From The Water & Sewer Division - South Street At Route 20 Road Closure

October 20, 2021, 4:15PM Update: The intersection of South Street at Route 20 is currently closed to allow Water and Sewer Division to repair a water main break near 435 South Street. The section of water main has been isolated. Water will be off on South Street from Route 20 to just past 435 South Street, the Al-Hamra Academy, for 6-8 hours to allow the repairs to be made. Please follow the link below for a map of the detour route.

Residents in the vicinity of the impacted area may have discolored water due to the interruption in water service. If you experience discolored water once the repairs are complete, please run cold water in an outside faucet until it clears.
