Town Of Shrewsbury Sells Centech Park North For $6.5 Million

Yesterday, the Town of Shrewsbury, through the Shrewsbury Development Corporation, sold Centech Park North to NorthBridge Partners for $6.5M. This sale would not have been possible without the tireless work of the Shrewsbury Development Corporation, Town Boards and Commissions, a MassDevelopment Site Readiness grant and a marketing plan by Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission.
