1) Progress on Pine Street: Congratulations to the , which hosted its annual Home Remedy breakfast benefit. Emceed by WGBH’s Callie Crossley, the event raised funds to help end homelessness in Boston.
2) In case you missed it:
Be sure to check out our photo gallery from this weekend’s Duckling Day Parade. It’s almost impossible to see all those kids in ridiculously elaborate duck costumes without smiling.
3) Local flavor:
The Copley Square Farmers Market opens today. Check out the goods from 20 local vendors at the market, hosted by Mass Farmers Market. The market at 304 Columbus Ave. starts at 11 a.m., and is back every Tuesday and Friday through the season.
4) Battle of the bands:
