New England Chapter of the International Furnishings and Design Association Appoints Nicole Hogarty as President

The New England Chapter of the International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA), the all-industry association whose members provide services and products to the furnishings and design industry, is pleased to announce Nicole Hogarty of Nicole Hogarty Designs, of Boston, Massachusetts, as the new chapter president for the upcoming year.
The IFDA, founded in 1947, is a worldwide professional alliance of leaders representing residential and commercial furnishings and design. Members are executives from companies engaged in the design, production, distribution, promotion, communication, or education in the furnishings and design and/or related industries. The New England IFDA is the organization’s largest chapter in the nation.
Ms. Hogarty is the president of Nicole Hogarty Designs, a renowned interior design firm known for focusing on style over trends, with some unexpected twists. Ms. Hogarty’s work has been showcased in various media outlets, including New England Home magazine, Rhode Island Monthly and New England Dream House. “I’m honored to take on the role of president for the New England Chapter of the IFDA,” noted Ms. Hogarty. “Having served on the board since 2011 and working with this organization for several years, I am privileged to collaborate with this dynamic group of professionals in the best interest of the local design industry.”
