AntiGravity Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is Coming to the Boston this Fall

Swet Studio™, Boston’s only AntiGravity®/Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Center, has just announced its next Teacher Training for qualified fitness instructors. During the month of October, 2017, Swet Studio's offerings will include AntiGravity® Fundamentals 1 & 2 Teacher Training.

Swet Studio™ is the only AntiGravity® Aerial Fitness Studio in Massachusetts, and the only studio in the region to host AntiGravity Instructor Certification and Training. Recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as a Continuing Education Provider, the AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga & Fitness Program embraces the proven step-by-step techniques created by the world renowned aerialist and choreographer, Christopher Harrison.
This Teacher Training class is designed for qualified individuals with a background in the fitness industry, who are desirous of instructing their students in the aerial arts. Fundamentals’ Teacher Training provides the building blocks for the entire AntiGravity program. With AntiGravity® Fundamentals 1 & 2certification and training, instructors will learn all the basics for safely and effectively teaching classes that include zero-compression inversions, as well a wide array of movement sequences combined with the different wraps, inversions, and spotting techniques of AntiGravity®.
After the coursework is completed, participants who qualify may have the further opportunity to be invited to apprentice at Swet Studio™ and garner valuable, hands on experience in aerial instruction.
