PRIDE Sculpt & Flow (4th Annual)

Join Lyndsay and friends for the 4th Annual Pride Sculpt & Flow — a joyful, high-energy class blending movement, sweat, music, and celebration.

This festive class invites you to dance, sweat, sing along, and move together in honor of Pride and community. All levels are welcome — come as you are and celebrate alongside members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies.

This year we’re making it bigger than ever, with even more ways to support BAGLY (Boston Alliance of LGBTQ+ Youth). Move your body, connect with community, and help uplift the next generation of LGBTQ+ leaders.
