BOSTON | Sunday, September 27 | 3PM — Celebrating the Cathedral of the Holy Cross pipe organ's 150th birthday! Rosalind Mohnsen performs works by Saint-Saëns, Vierne, Demessieux, Clark, Donahoe, Lemmensand others to celebrate 150 years of the Cathedral's E. &. G. G. Hook & Hastings, Opus 801, dedicated in 1876.

Mohnsen has been praised by the Boston Music Intelligencer: “Mohnsen practically gave a lesson on technical assurance and musical inspiration.” She has performed in Latvia and Sweden, for twenty-three national conventions of the Organ Historical Society, and for the 2014 national convention of the American Guild of Organists. For forty-three years she has been Director of Music and Organist at Immaculate Conception Church of Malden/Medford Massachusetts. She served as Interim Director of Music at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross in 1991. She received degrees from the University of Nebraska and Indiana University and studied in Paris with Jean Langlais.
