CLUCKIT! Expands its Menu to Offer More "Hot Food, Cold Beer"
Brian Poe rolls out new signature creations in the South End

Chef Brian Poe is rolling out new signature creations at his South End eatery, CLUCKIT!. Joining the lineup at Chef Poe’s “hot food, cold beer” concept are eight new items that infuse creativity into international cuisine.
The expanded menu at CLUCKIT! includes light bites like the Cassava Fries (mulho cru mild dipping sauce), Ja-nee “Taco” (piri piri chicken, mango slaw, roti), Zanzipoe Pizza (goat cheese, peaches, mint prosciutto, arugula, garlic naan) and Merguez Meatballs (chicken and lamb meatballs, minted tomatoes, Goan spice rub, cucumber yogurt puree).
In keeping in the theme of “piri piri,” Chef Poe now dishes out five signature preparations that can be dressed tableside in a choice of five levels of heat: a mild lemon pepper basil; mild piri; medium piri; hot piri; and, scorching piri. The trio of newcomers offered alongside the piri piri chicken and shrimp mainstays are Steak (6oz), Fish (coconut piri) and Tofu (teff, quinoa).

For those looking for an American staple, Chef Poe has resurrected his famed Estelle’s Burger (beef, American cheese, tomato, onion, B n’ B pickles, potato roll), named in honor of CLUCKIT!’s former incarnation.
As a break from the heat, CLUCKIT! has 30 draught lines and another 70 beer selections available by bottle and can. Those who consume all the beers offered in 180 days will earn themselves an engraved mug and a spot in the elite “Mugger’s Club.”
