Community Forum: Meet USES' New CEO

United South End Settlements’ (USES) Board of Directors invites you to join us for a community forum to meet our new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Maicharia Z. Weir Lytle.

Last fall, we invited the community to provide input into the important search for USES’ new CEO. The input we garnered from residents, community leaders and representatives from local organizations enabled us to conduct a quality search. We are pleased that Maicharia has joined us as our new leader.

As a follow up, this is a wonderful opportunity to meet Maicharia, learn about her background, hear her Vision in Progress, and engage in conversation about the needs of the South End/Lower Roxbury neighborhood. We hope to share some of the trends we learned from our discussion and have a deep conversation about the issues facing the South End/Lower Roxbury community. Maicharia is eager to hear from community members as we shape the next phase of USES.
