Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Taken To 'Supermax' Penitentiary
Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will be spending the rest of his days locked up in America's highest-security prison.

Until further notice, convicted Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will be spending the rest of his days locked up in America’s highest-security prison.
Tsarnaev was flown to Florence, Colorado, after he was sentenced to death in June, and moved into the U.S. Penitentiary there.
According to prior plans, Tsarnaev was eventually expected to be jailed at FCC Terre Haute in Indiana, a prison where death row inmates await execution.

Tsarnaev was instead moved to ADX Florence, the Associated Press reports. The “Supermax” penitentiary is home to several of the most dangerous criminals in the country.
A federal judge sentenced Tsarnaev to death for his role in killing three people and wounding 260 others back in 2013.
