Color Me Happy

Embrace the Winter Blues (& Other Colors!) at the Boston Center for Adult Education’s Color Theory Workshop

WHAT: Whether you are creating your own beautiful work of art or are simply looking to gain a better understanding of color harmony, the ability to identify and mix the right color is essential. The Boston Center for Adult Education is here to help with a hands-on “Color Theory Workshop.”

From deep soulful purple hues to fiery reds, instructor Glenn Davis will teach students the process of mixing colors by helping them create their very own color palettes. Several types of media will be explored including watercolor, paper, and transparency. In this one-session class students will also learn the incredible creative process of color selection by studying works of art and the reasoning behind the artist’s choice of color.
