From the Top Year-Long Intensive Arts Leadership Program Public Exhibition Showcase
At the heart of From the Top’s mission is the belief that young people can make an important contribution to the world by sharing who they are and what they love to do. This mission is brought to life through From the Top's Center for the Development of Arts Leaders (CDAL), which prepares young musicians across the country to be instruments of change in their communities through multiple pathways.
CDAL programs range from a half-day arts leadership orientation as part of From the Top tapings to a year-long program that includes team building, mentoring and applied community service projects.
