WHAT: Valentine’s Day is rapidly approaching! Whether you’re happily single, looking for love or have already found it, the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) can help you in any area of your love life, or lack thereof. The BCAE will prepare you for the holiday and jump start your love life with a series of fun how-to classes. Whether you want to impress your significant other with a homemade gift, serve your sweetheart a sophisticated meal, learn new ways to meet your soul mate, or if you just want to explore the mind of the opposite sex - the BCAE has just the class!

Students will learn that food truly is the way to someone’s heart in the BCAE’s food & wine classes. Nelson Paz, Executive Pastry Chef at Mandarin Oriental, Boston and BCAE Celebrity Chef Instructor will teach students how to make and package their own chocolates in “Box of Chocolates: Create, Package and Enjoy,” or students can learn how to bake the perfect frosted treat for two in “Cupcakes for Your Cupcake” and cook a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner in “Inter-Courses: An Aphrodisiac Dinner.” Experts will show students how to create the perfect pair in “J’adore Fromage: Wine & Cheese Pairing,” to find the best chocolate in “Chocolate Tasting: From Bean to Bar” and to serve festive bubbly drinks for their sweetheart in “Champagne & Sparkling Wine,” and “Bubbles with a Twist: Champagne Cocktails.”
If you’re love life is lacking, well….love, the BCAE is offering three unique classes to help revitalize everyone’s love life no matter that the relationship status or how many strings are attached. Gentlemen will learn how to capture that plus one in “Transform Your Dating Life: A Man’s Guide to Approaching Women,” and everyone can learn how to make things a bit more fun in “Flirting: The Psychology of Instant Sexual Attraction.” If you’re in a relationship learn tips on how to stay in one in “Dating, Engaged or Wedded Bliss: Satisfying Unions at Any Stage.” Classes run February 1st, 2012 through February 14th, 2012.
