The mission of World Book Night is to spread the love of reading. This year is the first U.S. World Book Night, April 23, 2012. If you know of any 8-14 year olds who are light or non-readers in your community, encourage them to come by and pick up a FREE copy of Because of Winn-Dixie by Kate DiCamillo. Encourage them to come early to make sure they get a copy!
