We encourage students and instructors to join us in an hour of community instruction! Each Friday, instructors from all over are invited to bring a routine, new or old to our Z Spot students. This is a great chance to try out something new or get your feet wet. No matter what, we welcome you all!
All proceeds from our Friday classes will go towards our relocation efforts!
