A man shot multiple times in a Dorchester home Sunday was expected to survive, Boston police said.
The man, who was not immediately identified, was shot three times on Fayston Street shortly after noon, according to police.

He was taken to Boston Medical Center and was in stable condition, according to multiple reports.
The man answered the door and was shot by the suspect on the other side, according to WCVB.
