Michaud Appointed Sales Manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage South End Office

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England is pleased to announce that Ryan Michaud has been appointed sales manager of the company’s South End office. Michaud will be responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of approximately 25 affiliated sales associates serving all the neighborhoods in Boston, with a focus on the South End, South Boston and Dorchester.

Over the past 15 years, Michaud has held many positions within Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Before being named manager, Michaud served as a Relocation Supervisor directing and managing a team of relocation specialists and working closely with executive clients moving to and from the New England area.

“Ryan’s experience has enabled him to learn many aspects of the real estate business, which will be of great benefit in his new position. Michaud, a lifelong resident of the Boston area, earned a real estate license in 2005 and a broker’s license in 2007. He assisted homebuyers and sellers while affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Hingham for four years. He joined the Relocation Department of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2009.

A graduate of the University of Tampa, Michaud holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
