New England Baptist Hospital Hosts 2015 Gala
New England Baptist Hospital hosts annual Gala to celebrate history as New England's only hospital dedicated to orthopedic care

New England Baptist Hospital (NEBH) held its 2015 Gala on Friday, May 1st at 6:00 pm at the InterContinental Hotel in Boston. With the theme “Unlimit Yourself,” the annual Galacelebrated the important contributions of physicians, caregivers, and partners who make it possible for patients to regain motion, function, and live without limitations of pain and mobility.
The evening included a special performance by Dancers of the Boston Conservatory and live music by the Blake Band of New York City. With more than 90 sponsoring organizations and more than 300 supporters attending, the Gala brought together a diverse and notable group of guests, including Boston Celtics legends Leon Powe and Satch Sanders, to celebrate the history of New England Baptist as New England’s only hospital dedicated to orthopedic care.
Funds raised through the Gala will allow NEBH to advance its goals to build a clinical research enterprise focused on musculoskeletal treatment; bolster the hospital’s endowment for critical programs and strengthen the institutional commitment to medical education and nursing excellence.
“New England Baptist Hospital has a long history and excellent reputation of providing outstanding patient care to restore musculoskeletal movement and improved function,” said Trish Hannon, President and CEO of NEBH. “It is through the generosity of donors, grateful patients, and friends that we will continue to strengthen this institution long into the future, and we are deeply grateful for their support to deepen the impact of our work.”
