Salvage DIY Décor & Drinks--This Weekend!

An ArtWeek Boston Exclusive! Don't miss this fun hands-on DIY workshop with complimentary wine, beer and munchies!

Don’t miss this fun hands-on DIY workshop with complimentary wine, beer and munchies, where you’ll create your very own work of art and functional home décor from antique salvaged elements such as chandelier lighting parts, reclaimed wood, iron nails and more.

Vintage Vagabond owner, Amy Chenette provides the direction and tools you need to paint, drill and craft salvage into a unique wall hanging, clock, candle holder etc. Amy guides you and inspires you to just use your imagination turning decorative vintage parts into one-of-a-kind as well as eco-friendly coveted conversation pieces! Considered a master in the design and re-use of “upcycled” furnishings, Chenette has appeared on Boston.com's segment, "Repurposing Allston Christmas" showcasing how to create beautiful treasures from previously unwanted pieces.

Fee covers instructors, all salvaged elements and paint as well as wine, beer, soda, and light refreshments! (Additional fees apply for any projects requiring additional accessories or supplies such as clock parts) Event takes place in unique venue, Circa, at Restoration Resources, a two time recipient of Boston Magazine’s, “Best of Boston Home, and regarded as “New England’s Premiere source for Antique Architectural Salvage, Vintage Furnishings, and Unique artifacts”.
