Stephanie Monteiro-Merritt Joins Hammond Residential South End Office

BOSTON (April 2, 2015) - Dave Stenberg, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s South End office, is pleased to announce that Stephanie Monteiro-Merritt has affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, Monteiro-Merritt will assist buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s South End office located in the ATELIER 505 building at 505 Tremont Street.

A native New Englander and longtime Boston resident, Monteiro-Merritt has strong ties to the community. She attended Bentley College, where she studied accounting. In her spare time, she can be found volunteering for a local youth sports program.

Prior to her career with Hammond, Monteiro-Merritt worked in both the private and non-profit sectors for over seventeen years, where she honed her administrative, sales, finance, and management skills. As a Hammond agent, Monteiro-Merritt brings her effective communication, negotiation and management experience to the forefront of every transaction. She is committed to making the home buying and selling process as smooth and rewarding as possible for her clients.
