2 Men Caught With Illegal Gun, Cocaine: Stoughton Police

STOUGHTON, MA — Two men were arrested in Stoughton Sunday night after police said the men were caught with cocaine and an illegally owned gun. Police said the arrests came following a traffic stop on Fourth Street.

Jonathan Alves, 23, of Bridgewater and Bryan Santon, 25, of Brockton, were charged with carrying a loaded firearm without a license, unlawful possession of ammunition, possession of a large capacity feeding device and possession of a class B substance.

Alves and Santos were scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday via teleconference at the Stoughton Police Department.
