For 6th Year, ARCH Orthodontics is Official Orthodontist of Miss Massachusetts

For the 6th year, ARCH Orthodontics is the Official Orthodontist of Miss Massachusetts and a sponsor of the organization’s Scholarship Foundation (http://missmassachusetts.tripod.com/).

Miss Massachusetts 2016 is Rehoboth native Alissa Musto, a 2015 cum laude graduate of Harvard University who majored in Government. She graduated in three years. The former Miss Cambridge is a talented pianist. Her platform during her reign is the music-focused charity ‘Changing Keys: Connecting Kids with Keyboards,’ emphasizing the importance of music education in public schools.

Alissa is also promoting The Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, the national platform of the Miss America Organization. She has been serving as volunteer music director at Dorchester Collegiate Academy. Alissa said, “Music education is the reason that I am here today and has provided me with numerous professional and personal opportunities.”

Alissa, winner of the MAO’s Community Service Award, beat 23 competitors at the 77th annual Miss Massachusetts Scholarship Pageant in Worcester in July, and earned the right to compete at the nationally- televised Miss America Pageant in September in Atlantic City.
