Alleged Gunman in Stoughton CVS Shooting Arrested

STOUGHTON, MA — The third suspect and alleged gunman in Thursday's CVS shooting was taken into custody Monday night.

Pierre-Louis is scheduled to be arraigned this week in Stoughton District Court. He is charged with attempted murder, illegal possession of a firearm, illegal possession of ammunition, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and child endangerment.

Thursday afternoon, police responded to a shooting at the store located at the intersection of Central and Washington Streets. Witnesses say they heard an argument followed by gunshots. Three people allegedly ran out of the store and fled while the victim, a teenager, was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound.

Friday, two suspects, both minors, were arrested.

Police say the shooting was not gang related or random.
