Gunman in Stoughton CVS Shooting Identified, Two Arrested

Marcus Pierre-Louis has been identified as the shooter and is still at large.

STOUGHTON, MA — Two teens have been arrested in connection to Thursday's shooting at CVS, according to the Stoughton Police Department.

Thursday afternoon, police responded to a shooting at the store located at the intersection of Central and Washington Streets. Witnesses say they heard an argument followed by gunshots. Three people ran out of the store and fled while the victim, a teenager, was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound.

Police say the shooting was not gang related or random.

The 18-year-old victim is expected to survive. The age of the two taken into custody are 14 and 16, according to Fox25.

Police have identified the gunman as 23-year-old Marcus Pierre-Louis. Police have issued an arrest warrant and Stoughton police have asked for the assistance of the State Police Fugitive Unit. Police say the suspect has ties to Stoughton, Brockton, and Boston.
