Brookmeadow at Cobb Corner invites seniors and families living with memory loss the opportunity to connect in a supportive environment through engaging conversation, entertainment, and refreshments. The Stoughton Memory Café will take place the first Thursday of each month from 1:00-2:30 PM at the Stoughton Senior Center. All are welcome to join us for a cup of coffee, compassionate conversations, and relaxing activities. This event will be hosted by the Stoughton Senior Center and is free to attend with no required RSVP. For any eligible Stoughton residents who may need transportation to this event, please call the Stoughton Senior Center at 781-344-8882.
