Bartlett faces multiple charges from an arrest in early January where he is accused of stealing pain medications from an 90-year-old elderly resident of the Stoughton Housing Authority. In surveillance camera footage given to local media outlets provided by the victim’s family, a man identified as Bartlett can be seen entering the home of the woman and taking pills.
