Child Neglect, Drugged Driving: Stoughton Police Log

November 18
11:37 a.m. - During a traffic stop near Randolph Savings on Pleasant Street, a 35-year-old from Stoughton was issued a summons for failure to stop/yield, not having a license in possession, and operating with a suspended license.
10:38 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Lindelof Avenue, Jayrell Orphe, 36, of Stoughton, was arrested and charged with operating with a suspended license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

November 19
2:14 p.m. - During a traffic stop near Town Hall on Pearl Street, Valdeci Dos Santos, 56, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with operating with a suspended license. Dos Santos also had an active warrant.

November 20
9:10 a.m. - During a traffic stop near Stoughton Co-Op on Park Street, a 55-year-old from Stoughton was issued a summons for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
10:28 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Lincoln Street near Pleasant Street, a 23-year-old from Avon was issued a summons for attaching plates to a motor vehicle.
November 21
3:29 p.m. - Brian Walker, 58, of Wareham, was arrested near Daddy’s Dairy on Washington Street and charged with operating with a revoked license.
3:59 p.m. - After a car crashed into a hydrant on Central Street, Marie Cooper, 59, of Stoughton, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs, operating under the influence of liquor (second offense), and marked lanes violation.
6:37 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Washington Street near Charles Avenue, Modesto Rivera, 43, of Boston, was arrested and charged with operating with a suspended license and distributing a Class A drug (subsequent offense).
7:37 p.m. - Two 32-year-olds from Stoughton on Wheeler Circle were issued summons for child neglect. One of the suspect was also summonsed for simple assault.
