Community Works to Make Stoughton Girl's 'One Direction' Wish a Reality
Madison Bergstrom is unable to attend the band's concerts at Gillette Stadium this weekend.

A group of citizens is trying to make a Stoughton girl’s wish of meeting the band One Direction come true.
Madison Bergstrom, a 6-year-old girl from Stoughton currently battling cancer, originally had tickets to see the band this weekend at Gillette Stadium but is now unable to go due to treatment, according to a Facebook page organized in support of Bergstrom, who is a native of Stoughton, according to Boston.com.
The page, dubbed “Ask One Direction to Visit Madi,” was set up to gain support and requests for the band to visit Bergstrom at the hospital. As of Friday, the family had not heard from the band, according to a recent post.
