Concessionaire Says Stoughton Police Discriminated Against Her

Natacha Clerger claims that a summons she received was discrimination by police.

A concessionaire that was issued a summons for obstructing a police investigation says that the whole incident was a case of police discrimination.

In a letter obtained by the Enterprise, Natacha Clerger said the actions of police left her scared, claiming that she was treated like a criminal when they responded to a party the Cedar Hill Golf Course to reunite two juveniles with their parents.

Stoughton police, however, say that during a compliance investigation the next day, Clerger refused to cooperate with police. As a result, Clerger received a summons for obstructing a liquor inspector and a liquor violation for allegedly selling alcohol after 1 a.m.
