An employee of the establishment told police that Soares came into the club and demanded a drink. When service was denied because he appeared to have been drinking before arriving, he said, “I shoot people like you now go get me a drink.” Soares continued to allegedly threaten and verbally assault the victim adding “I shoot b*****s like you, Get up on stage you old crack head whore. Go get me a drink, I’ll shoot you b***h.”
After the employee was able to identified Soares, he told police he was refused water. During the conversation, the police report described him as fixated on the water, agitated, and smelling of alcohol with glassy and blood shot eyes.
