Dr. Andrew Chase Serving as President of Mass. Association of Orthodontists

Dr. Andrew Chase of ARCH Orthodontics (www.archorthodontics.com) is serving as President of the Massachusetts Association of Orthodontists, an affiliate of the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists (NESO) and a constituent of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO).

Dr. Chase, who joined ARCH in 1998, received his D.M.D. degree from the Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 1993, then served as a General Dentistry Resident at Saint Barnabas Hospital in New York City. He then simultaneously earned a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies specializing in Orthodontics and a Master of Science in Oral Biology, both at Boston University's Henry M Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry in 1998. He is a long-time member of the South Shore District Dental Society.

Dr. Chase has participated in Operation Smile on their World Journey of Hope and their Inaugural Mission to Peru. The organization helps disadvantaged children with cleft palate and other oral deformities by providing them with free surgeries and dental care that they may not otherwise receive.

Both the national and regional Orthodontic associations are committed to advancing the art and science of Orthodontics; encouraging research; maintaining the highest standards of excellence in Orthodontic education and practice; making significant contributions to the health of the public; and promoting goodwill among its members.

Together, Dr. Chase and his father, practice founder Dr. Robert Chavez, have grown ARCH into a highly-respected 9-office practice covering scores of communities from Boston to Orleans on Cape Cod.
