East Bridgewater Man Pulls Gun On Man For Not Wearing Mask: PD

An East Bridgewater man was arrested after police said he pulled a gun on another man for not wearing a mask at Walgreen's.

BRIDGEWATER, MA — An East Bridgewater man was arrested after police said he pulled a gun on another man during an argument over the victim not wearing a mask inside a Walgreen's.

Todd Goulston, 59, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

Around 5:20 p.m., Friday, Bridgewater police were called to the Walgreen's Pharmacy on Central Square. Police said Goulston and the other man began arguing.

The argument continued into the parking lot, where police said Goulston pulled a gun from his car and pointed it at the other man. Goulston then got into his car and drove away, police said.

The victim, a 30-year-old Abington man, was not injured in the incident. Police said they continued investigating the incident and later identified Goulston as the suspect. He was arrested at his home with the assistance of East Bridgewater police.

After being placed into custody, Goulston complained of a medical issue and was taken to a local hospital, police said. His license to carry a firearm and guns from his home were seized by police.
