Sleep: When We Don’t Get Enough

When was the last time you got a good night’s sleep? And isn’t time to do something about it? You know that sleep is essential to your good health, yet, like you, millions of Americans are not getting the sleep they need. If one of your new year’s resolutions is to get more sleep and better quality sleep, you won’t want to miss a talk by Dr. Alexander C.  White, Medical Director of Sinai’s Sleep Disorders Program and Chief of Pulmonary Medicine.

The talk will be held at the hospital’s Brenner Conference Center. Dr. White will discuss what good sleep health is all about, the effective treatments available that can give you a good night’s sleep and he will answer questions and provide some helpful advice. The talk is free and open to the public and light refreshments will be served.
