The Stoughton Lions Club "Legends in Concert" will feature Tony Funches & Friends in a tribute to the legendary Platters’ music.
Depending on one’s age, attendees will be able to sing along with Legends Tribute performers in such Platters hits as ‘The Great Pretender,’ ‘My Prayer,’ ‘Smoke Gets in Your Eyes,’ ‘You’ll Never Know,’ and ‘I’m Sorry,’ to name a few.
This year, among other activities, proceeds from the Legends Concert will help to purchase defibrillators for the Stoughton Police Dept., and to support college scholarships for local students.
