In January, Bartlett was arrested and charged with stealing pain medications from a 90-year-old elderly resident of the Stoughton Housing Authority. In surveillance camera footage given to local media outlets provided by the victim’s family, Bartlett can be seen entering the home of the woman and taking pills.
