FBI Offers $10,000 To Help Identify Stoughton, Canton Robber
FBI officials are looking for a man they said said robbed seven stores in Stoughton, Canton, Randolph, Roslindale, and Hyde Park.

STOUGHTON, MA — The FBI announced its offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a man who robbed seven stores at gunpoint in Stoughton, Canton, Roslindale, Hyde Park, and Randolph. These seven robberies and two other attempted robberies happened between August 2018 and March 2019, according to FBI officials.
FBI officials said the Stoughton and Canton Robberies both happened on Oct. 5, 2018, less than an hour between each other. Around 9:26 p.m., the suspect, wearing a black mask, dark pants, and a jacket with a white logo on the left, stormed into the Mobil gas station on Washington Street in Canton armed with a handgun, according to police. He demanded money from the cashier, and "racked" the slide on the gun, according to FBI officials.
Around 10:10 p.m., the same man followed a cashier in the Mobil station/Dunkin Donuts on Washington Street in Stoughton, police said. The man didn't pull out his gun, but the cashier believed he had one because a clicking sound was heard while the suspect's hands were inside his jacket pocket, according to police.
