Since July, police in Stoughton have been investigating the possibility of drug activity at Augustin's home on Britton Avenue, according to a police report. During the investigation, police learned that Occivil was involved and was staying at the home.
On Aug. 10 at 7:10 a.m., police executed a search warrant at the home and found the two men in a bedroom in the basement. During the search of the room, police allegedly found 6.1 grams of Fentanyl, two bags of marijuana, two bags of crack cocaine weighing 2.1 grams, three scales, a bullet, $870 in cash, and an iPhone. Outside, police found plastic bags near the entrance to the basement.

During the booking process, police allegedly found a bag with two grams of heroin in Occivil's sock.
Augustin's father confirmed to police that Occivil was staying with them. He said he saw a lot of people come to the house but his son said they were friends and he was not aware of any drug activity, according to the report.
Defense attorneys for the men said there was no evidence of drug distribution. They argued that there are issues surrounding who owns what since anything found by police was put on both men. A motion to dismiss the distribution charges aimed at Occivil was denied.
Both men are due back in court on Sept. 6.
