Fire Shuts Down Mike's Real Deal Diner
The owners are hoping to be back in business soon.

STOUGHTON, MA — A fire has forced a local restaurant to temporarily close their doors.
Monday afternoon, firefighters responded to small blaze at Mike's Real Deal Diner on Park Street. In a Facebook post, owners Michael Hartery and Michelle Jacobs confirmed on their Facebook page that the small fire took place outside the kitchen and was not due to negligence.
Currently, the restaurant is closed but the owners say they are planning to reopen very soon.

Mike's Real Deal Diner opened last spring and has been a popular spot since. When the restaurant applied for a liquor license in August, the selectmen noted that residents have had nothing but good things to say.
