Four Charged in Stoughton Fight

Four people face charges after an alleged fight on School Street that involved bleach.

Pratasia Day, 23, of Stoughton; Jose Figueroa, 23, of Roxbury, Damico Sanders, 40, of Canton; and Lolita Sanders, 43, of Canton, all received a summons for assault and battery, according to the Stoughton Police Log.

At 4:55 p.m., police in Stoughton received a call from Worcester indicating that her sister was involved in a fight,

When police arrived at School Street, they were told that a man knocked on the door and assaulted Figueroa, according to the Enterprise. Shortly later, Damico and Lolita Sanders told police at the station that they were assaulted when they were at the apartment to inquire about a car that was loaned out and never returned.

During the assault, Day allegedly threw a glass container of bleach in self-defense.

Since cross-complaints were filed, all four will be summonsed to court.
