Larceny, Drug Possession: Stoughton Police Log

February 4

1:28 a.m. - Ernest Welch, 33, of Hyde Park was arrested on a warrant during a traffic stop on Washington Street.

9:16 p.m. - An employee at Walgreen’s told police that two people in the store were trying to pass a fake prescription. Eduard Rubinov, 31, of Newton, was arrested and charged with uttering a false prescription and conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws. Samuel Sobol, 28, of Sharon, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to violate controlled substance law and possession of a Class B drug (subsequent offense).

February 7

11:04 a.m. - Roman Cardoso, 26, of Brockton, was arrested at DSW Shoes on Park Steet and charged with larceny over $250.

12:20 p.m. - A 32-year-old male from Stoughton received a summons for threatening to commit a crime.
