Misleading Police, Drug Possession: Stoughton Police Log

March 18

8:55 p.m. - Antonio Bairos, 71, of Stoughton, was arrested on School Avenue on a warrant.

9:07 p.m. - A 30-year-old from Stoughton was arrested and charged with domestic aggravated assault and battery, possession of a Class C drug and malicious damage over $250.

March 19

9:23 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Washington Street near Warren Avenue, 28-year-old from Brockton was issued a summons for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

10:46 a.m. - A 47-year-old from Stoughton on School Street was issued a summons for violating a restraining order.

March 20

8:30 a.m. - A 33-year-old from Easton was issued a summons on West Street near Everett Circle for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle that failed to meet safety standards, failure to stop/yield, and having a child between 5-12 in the car without a seatbelt.

March 24

12:37 a.m. - A caller on Prospect Street told police that he was behind a vehicle that was all over the road. Jacqueline Delgado, 28, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with operating with a suspended license, knowingly misleading police, operating refusing to identify self, and giving a false name or social security number.

4:16 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Central Street, a 53-year-old from Stoughton was issued a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating without an inspection sticker.
