Stoughton Obituary: Adelino Abreau, 66
Longtime Stoughton resident Adelino Abreu worked at the F.C. Philips Company in Stoughton. He passed away April 21 at the age of 66.

The following is from the Pushard Funeral Home:
Adelino Abreu, a resident of Stoughton for over 40 years, died peacefully Sunday April 21, 2013 after a brief illness. He was 66 years old.
Born in Madeira Island, Portugal in 1946, he moved to Stoughton in 1970. Adelino worked as a machinist for the F.C. Philips Company in Stoughton for many years and was an active parishioner Immaculate Conception Church in Stoughton.

He was a member of the Portuguese Club, the Holy Ghost Society-Azores, and Our Lady of Fatima, all in Stoughton.
Mr. Abreu was the husband of Bernadette A. Abreu (Aguiar), father of Nelson Abreu and his wife, Shelly of Marstons Mills, and Justin Abreu and his wife, Emily, of Mansfield, grandfather of Julia, Elise, David, and Cian Abreu.

He is also survived by three sisters, three brothers, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was held Thursday. Arrangements were handled by Pushard Family Funeral Home in Canton.
