Police: Early Morning Stoughton Shooting Wasn't Random

An early morning shooting on Connell Drive was not random, according to police.

At 5 a.m., Saturday, police received several 911 calls reporting possible gunshots. An investigation determined that nine bullets hit a home on the street and one hit a vehicle.

Detective Sgt. Robert Welch told the Enterprise that the shooting was not random, but police are still trying to figure out what caused the early morning shots.
