Police Log: Counterfeit Notes, Drug Possession, and More

March 8

1:23 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Lincoln and Washington Streets, a 31-year-old male from Mattapan was issued a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

3:27 a.m. - After police investigated a suspicious motor vehicle, David Devine, 30, of Canton, was arrested with warrant and charged with operating with a suspended license, speeding in violation of a special regulation, failure to stop for a police officer while operating a motor vehicle, and possession of a Class B drug.

4:44 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Prospect Street, Eric Lewis, 24, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense; speeding; possessing a counterfeit note; and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
