Police Log: Drug Possession, Larceny, and More

The following is from the Stoughton Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned do not imply conviction.

October 1

6:46 p.m. - Kimberlee Reardon, 32, of Stoughton, was arrested at the police station and charged with breaking and entering during the daytime with the intent to commit a felony, larceny over $250, and larceny of a firearm.

8:06 p.m. - Christian Burgess, 18, of Stoughton, was arrested on William Kelley Road and charged with intimidation of a witness, serious bodily injury causing assault and battery, and assault and battery.

October 2

1:43 a.m. - A caller on Perry Street reported a vehicle parked in front of her house with possible front end damage occupied by a female operator. The vehicle was moved to the train station parking lot and was picked up in the morning. Police were able to locate a fire hydrant and the corner of school that was hit and completely ripped out of the ground. The driver, a 21-year-old female from Central Falls, R.I., received a summons for leaving the scene of an accident after property damage.

5:30 p.m. - A caller at CVS on Washington Street reported a car fire with a person possibly passed out in the vehicle. Police on the scene determined that the car was overheating. After the party was taken out of the car, Michael Phippen, 52, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with possession of a class A drug (subsequent offense) and obstruction of justice.
