Police Log: Drug Possession, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, and More

May 8
1:39 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Prospect Street, a 60-year-old male from Brockton received a summons for speeding in violation of a special regulation and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
2:26 p.m. - A caller reported a hit and run in the parking lot of McDonalds on Washington Street. Later, the operator of the other vehicle, a 44-year-old male from Middleboro, received a summons of leaving the scene of an accident after property damage and having an uninsured motor vehicle.

2:39 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Central Street, a 21-year-old male from Brockton received a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle/trailer.
2:50 p.m. - A 50-year-old male from Stoughton staggering in the middle of Sumner Street was reported. The man was taken into protective custody.

9:36 p.m. - Jennifer Apotheker, 38, of Stoughton, was arrested on a warrant at Target and charged with shoplifting by asportation.
May 9
9:53 a.m. - After damage to an apartment building on Warren Avenue was reported, a 32-year-old male from Stoughton received a summons for malicious damage over $250.
4:43 p.m.- Daniel Chelho, 23, of Stoughton, was arrested at Amazon on Technology Court Drive and charged with possession of a Class B drug (subsequent offense) and receiving stolen property over $250.
May 11
1:33 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Pearl Street, a 63-year-old male from Braintree received a summons for operating with a revoked license.
11:16 a.m. - A 40-year-old female from Randolph received a summons at BJ’s for two counts of shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
5:17 p.m. - Jacob Washington, 18, of Randolph, was arrested at Kohl’s and charged with larceny over $250. A 17-year-old juvenile received a summons for larceny over $250 and furnishing a false name/social security number.
